Conventional motor arrangements include a rotor with windings to conduct current during machine operation. As the rotor rotates, current is conducted through the rotating elements from sources external to the rotor to the rotor windings. A rotating element such as a slip ring or a commutator contacts the brush spring to conduct current.

There are two main types of brush springs, single-coil brushes and double-coil brushes. The brush springs provide constant pressure to the commutator and slip rings while minimizing brush wear, burning and scratching. They provide excellent work at high speeds for improved motor performance. The brush spring is relative to the rotating element, and the brush spring is ground due to friction during use. It is damaged and needs to be replaced periodically. So sometimes the brushes are replaced during motor downtime. To change the brushes safely, the operator uses one hand (to avoid current passing through the operator’s body). Brush carriers can be heavy and unwieldy, so brush replacement is not only difficult but dangerous.

A brush holder, brush handle assembly helps operators safely remove replacement brushes in electric machines or other rotating machines. A stationary support is included having at least one groove and a pronged electrical connector. The stationary support has a conductive strip for a portion of the body for being configured to pass through the stationary support. Its lead electrical piece is configured to provide electrical conductance with a collector base (collector base) and electrical fork connectors.

The brush retention structure portion is configured to be releasably attached to the stationary support member. A brush holder having at least one dynamic track configured to slide along the at least one groove and configured as a blade electrical connector that mates with the fork electrical connector. The stationary support is configured for electrical connection to the current collector seat, and the brush retention member is configured to retain at least one brush.

The device can be used with or applied to any electrical machine. Can be added to an existing brush spring carrier, so the brush spring carrier itself does not require modification. Because brushes are “consumables”, this provides an economical advantage to the user, as the user can purchase, make and replace standard brushes for low cost.

The use of brush springs greatly improves the life and stability of the motor. The traditional spring is not only noisy but also not environmentally friendly. However, there are very few domestic manufacturers that can really do a good job of brush springs. Brush springs require a long period of production experience to produce high-quality carbon brush springs. Shenzhen Qianye Precision Metal Co., Ltd. has more than ten years of experience in product development, production and manufacturing, and various design and solutions for different spring spring applications.

Qianye Precision focuses on carbon brush constant force springs and is one of the earliest manufacturers to develop constant force springs in China. It has a certain reputation in the field of motor brush springs. If you have any questions about brush constant force springs, you can contact us! It is best to contact us before research and development, we will provide you with professional services.
