The QY spring mechanism of manual cordless blinds is very different from ordinary wire springs

source:Qianye Precision time:2023-3-6

The QY spring mechanism of manual cordless blinds is very different from ordinary wire springs, and its core component is the need for a spring with negative gradient. Cordless blinds are usually designed to encounter the problem that when the blinds is pulled to the top it will sag and when it is pulled to the bottom it will return to a certain height of the spring.

The main purpose of Qianye Precision is to provide a control system for cordless curtains to hover freely, so that the lifting and lowering of the cordless curtains can stop at any position desired by the user. At the same time, there will not be a situation where the internal elastic element is fatigued and cannot be kept fully open.

 Constant Torque Spring Motor
Constant Torque Spring Motor

Time:2022-9-3

A constant torque spring motor is a strip of prestressed spring material that forms a coil and is stored on a small storage drum. The free end is then pinned and rewound onto the larger output drum; this is the "winding" part of the constant torque spring cycle. When the output drum is released, the spring will return to the...
