The stainless steel coil and special steel strip materials used in the main products of spring are jointly developed by our company and large domestic factories (its hardness value reaches hv600). At present, the company’s products have been widely used in cordless curtains, electric curtains, LCD computer display lifting bracket, special motor for automobile, electric fan lifting, lifting window accessories, vacuum cleaner, dog puller, electrical take-up device, electric tools, medical equipment, sales stand, propeller and national defense industry and other fields.

The company is equipped with two 650mm slitting machines (minimum slitting width is 2mm, slitting tolerance is ± 0.05mm), a series of professional production lines and testing equipment, such as Rockwell and Vickers precision hardness tester, edge grinder, spring coiler, heat treatment constant temperature furnace, special tester, etc. In order to pursue the perfection of the products, we constantly forge ahead from the aspects of raw materials, production processing technology and automatic industrial production, and refer to the production technology of Japan and Germany, from the slitting of raw materials, rounding edge, to the coiling, shearing, tail processing and heat treatment of springs, as well as the detection of various indicators of the products, we use automatic industrial machines for continuous production.
